Just recently our company engaged Baird’s Property Management team to source 12 tenants for a new build located in Cessnock.  Their scope included finalising the finishing touches to the new building, creating the staging for the advertising campaign, as well as conducting countless open houses and the processing of a high number of applicants. Heath has good local knowledge of the Cessnock housing market having been in the business for a number of years.
