As Business Manager, Renee oversees the day to day running of Baird Real Estate including staff recruiting & management, motivating and driving the property management and sales department and marketing. With her experience, determination and personality, Renee ensures the growth and success of Baird Real Estate. Renee is also active in the sales department, listing and selling alongside Heath, Ben, Mitchell & Drew, and you may also see her around the community involved in local events or charity auctions.
