29 years on from when Maxine & Heath first opened their agency in December 2001, they have watched their business grow & develop into the established competitor it is today in the local real estate market.
Maxine has acquired a keen eye for detail, which in this industry is imperative. A part of Maxine’s role is marketing & branding, she is constantly searching for new ways to further improve the agency & the service the business can offer.
Maxine brings extensive experience to her role as a Property Manager and is committed to continually developing her knowledge and raising the standards to Property Management department. In 2022, the Property Management department was named RateMyAgent’s Agency of the Year in the City of Cessnock and was ranked in the top 100 in Australia!
Maxine also works closely with the Sales department and is thrilled with the agency’s achievements over the many years being named by Realestate.com.au selling the most real estate in Cessnock.
Over the many years Maxine has been in the Real Estate business, her desire to offer clients the best possible service & individualise the agency has stayed the same & has really made Baird Real Estate stand out from the rest which is evident in our results.
Maxine’s commitment & dedication is presented very well through her fundraising for the Baird Real Estate’s chosen charity, Autism. Being the founder & president for the past 16 years of Strive For Autism, a group dedicated to raising awareness to Autism & supporting the family & friends of those affected. Since 2007, Maxine has been vocalising the need to educate the local schools & community of Autism which has been received well, through Strive Award in local schools & community open informative Seminars. The Real Estate Institute have recognised our agency for the John Greig OAM Community Service Award, which we were thrilled about.
Maxine background also consists in development and renovation projects which have been recognized by HIA and Fair Dinkum Builds.
