Such organisations include other real estate agents, accountants and auditors, banks and mortgage brokers, the other parties with whom you are dealing in your real estate transactions, printers and mailing services, insurers, settlement agents, conveyancers, solicitors, tradesmen, service providers, REINSW, Real Estate and Business Agents Supervisory Board and other government agencies.
Your personal information is only provided to those entities to the extent necessary to enable us to provide our services or comply with our legal obligations.
MARKETING INFORMATION
If you consent to us doing so, we may provide you with information from time to time about services available to you from Baird Real Estate or other businesses with which we have a relationship.
Your consent to our providing this information to you will be implied unless you notify us that you do not wish to receive this information.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you. If the information is incorrect, you have the right to require us to amend the information.
