MARKET OVERVIEW:
Sorry our first newsletter is just out now in April but most of my time has been busy with first home buyers jossling for a position in the market, to take advantage of the government grant deadline of June 30. There is much anticipation from both buyers & sellers about whether the grant will be extended past the deadline. Further interest rate reductions will stimulate investor interest and with the rental market in our area the strongest it’s been in growth and price it will be an exciting back end to this year!

ANOTHER PRINCESS FOR DALLAS:
Not only is Dallas Mountford selling properties in your area he has just added to his family, Caitlin Maree now 12 weeks, Dallas says he has “completed his family now” with three girls and fiancée Koren (which makes 4 women).
Some staff members are not so sure about this! He is sure going to have his hands full in the future!!!
AUTISM AWARENESS:
International Autism Day was Thursday 2nd April. Our agency held a fundraiser which will be drawn at the end of Autism month which is May. Tickets can be purchased anytime at

We have many activities planned for fundraising in May & a Charity golf day at the end of this year

Extending our sponsorship commitment we have sponsored two junior sporting teams. Candi – Under 10’s division netball (pictured below) won the best uniform in their division (Natalie a former Property Manager of our agency has twin girls Maddie & Sienna in this team). Also under 9’s soccer team – Bellbird Bombers will have a dress shirt to be proud to wear on game day! It’s good to see kids having a go and I wish them a friendly season ahead!!!
