The talk on the street in Real Estate at the moment is interest rates. Anybody looking to buy or sell is affected by any increment.
The Hunter Valley residential market has strong interest from first homebuyers and investors from outside the Hunter and 2nd and 3rd generations from this area.
The "BUY" tab on the home page of our website will direct you to the latest selection of property currently available.
What a success...
The ANZ Bank of Cessnock fundraises for a local charity for one week of the calendar year known as "Blue Week". This year, the newly formed STRIVE group of Cessnock was selected. Just under $3000.00 was raised for children with autism in the Hunter. The highlight of the week was a sensational BBQ at the front of Baird Real Estate. A big thank you from Baird Real Estate and Strive to the ANZ Cessnock Branch for their support.
Congratulations to Jordan Wyborn for receiving the Baird Real Estate award for Achievement in English. Sarah Lewis attended the annual presentation day to present the award at Mount View High School.
Our team will be attending AREC 2008 which promises to be an outstanding few days of learning from some of the best real estate operators in their field.
Finally, after 13 years of selling real estate in this area, I discovered a new street in Cessnock that I didn't know existed... Ryder Street. So, the first person to call me on my mobile - 0417 434 240 - to identify where this street is will receive a complimentary meal at Cessnock Pizza Hut... Get the directory's out!!
Happy house hunting,
Regards
Heath Baird
