Another busy and dynamic year at Baird Real Estate has passed in what seems like no time at all.
From the beginning of the year we have endeavoured to complete many new projects to enhance our consistently great service to our clients.
The first of the year, being the introduction of a new colour Property Management Booklet. This concept was so warmly received that we then decided to do the same with a Sales Manual. We have many fantastic local businesses displayed in our glossy colour Manuals, all of which will assist any purchaser/vendor/prospective tenants in buying/selling/leasing their home. This is a first in Cessnock and has been a huge success.
Our new website is also generating fantastic feedback and our property database is growing rapidly. As you may have already discovered it has many desirable features and is extremely user friendly. You can create a property alert, read about Baird Real Estate and meet our team just to name a few.
Early this year, we also underwent the task of revamping our office to a much more modern interior. Our new and improved office now has 2 private meeting rooms and is still as welcoming as ever.
We are also excited to welcome two staff members to our team.
Ashlee Murray is the newest member to our Property Management department and has taken a role as Assistant Property Manager. She is extremely excited to join the Baird team and brings extensive knowledge about the real estate industry.
Our other new member is Ellise McDonald. Ellise joins us as our receptionist and will be completing a Certificate III in Property – Real Estate. Ellise is extremely friendly and is a very welcomed member to our team.
With Ellise joining us, our current receptionist Sarah Lewis will be the Executive Assistant to sales. She is really looking forward to the challenge.
In August of this year, we held a “tasting night” to coincide with the release of our recipe target cards. This night also brought the announcement of our sponsorship for 2008, this being to raise funds for Autism
2007 for Baird Real Estate is not over yet and we still have many functions and commitments. Sarah and I will each be attending a presentation at

Finally, the team at Baird Real Estate would like to wish all of our clients and their families, a very safe and merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year!
