WOW… What a month!
Since our last newsletter, The Baird Real Estate Office has been very busy!

As mentioned, the end of May brought AREC (The Australian Real Estate Conference) which 5 of our staff members attended. The conference gave us all copious amounts of motivation and new ideas and was a fantastic opportunity to network with businesses from all over
AUTISM MONTH – MAY
I was so impressed and thankful to our community for supporting our Autism Awareness day with $3,500.00 raised. $1000.00 of this was donated to

During the past month we have sold 2 prestigious homes in 74 &
MARKET OVERVIEW:
Traditionally, one of the markets slowest periods is winter and the end of the financial year shows plenty of purchaser interest in the residential sector. Our agency exchanged a property last month for the full purchase price and 2 prestigious homes side by side in the same street.
