MARKET OVERVIEW:
Traditionally Winter is the “quiet” period in the annual cycle of property sales, this year seems to be an exception with the extension of the Federal First homebuyers ‘boost’ til 30th September this year! Activity in the Residential market is still very strong with a couple of sales last month selling for full asking price; I recently was told by a prospective purchaser that “no house sells for full price!” Full price sales detailed in “Our Recent Sales”
MAY – AUTISM MONTH:

We raised over $3,000 on the day to contribute towards Children with Autism in our local area.

A final thank you to the community of Cessnock in trying financial times to be so generous towards such a worthy cause shows what people in this community are made of!!!
STAFF ACHIEVEMENTS:
Congratulations to two staff members – Ellise McDonald and Timothy Stapleton. Ellise recently attended an Awards day for Trainee of the Year and won the award, to achieve Job Quest Trainee of the Year is a huge achievement for Ellise not 20 years yet!!! You only have to see her smile to see why she achieved this award. Timothy Stapleton a popular face in the community, now in the Sales Department after many years of study & commitment has achieved his license in Real Estate – A milestone in the career of any committed agent.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT RECORD:
Not to be outdone by other staff achievements ever present, Property Manager Ashlee Murray broke the office record for listing and leasing the most new properties in May and equalling the office record for most lettings in May + the market in Cessnock is once again the strongest I have seen with strong competition for all properties fresh to the market, over $200 per week seems to be the minimum price to lease a home in the Cessnock and surrounding areas.
FUSE RED BALL:
All staff attended the 1st Fuse Red Ball in May and what a special occasion this was, Melinda Clark is a talent at what ever she puts her mind to and this night was a credit to her staff and everybody associated with the night. Many dollars were raised for charity. Don’t miss the next one – If you can get a ticket!!! Talk to anybody who attended!
