In 2001, Heath and Maxine Baird established a unique new agency in the heart of wine country.
Heath and Maxine had only one thing in mind... to do the very best they could offering clients the style of service you would expect in a very unique agency, completely different from the existing real estate agencies.
"Being independent separated us from all corporate franchise rule books and gave us the freedom and motivation to do things differently".
With Heath’s sales history and large clientele database along with Maxine’s feminine touch and eye for detail, it allowed them a point of difference in a competitive market place.
Heath and Maxine stand by the motto to "go the extra mile". To provide the very best service with personal attention to the smallest detail is what they believe still sets their office apart from other agencies.

Heath and Maxine are constantly searching for new ways to further improve the agency and the services it can offer it's clients and also, their own personal skills.

Baird Real Estate has been proud to donate thousands of dollars back into the community through sponsorships and scholarships but our main focus now is to support Children with Autism in the Hunter.
